Terms of Service

• "Platform" refers to the Promptly website and associated digital services.
• "User" refers to anyone who accesses, browses, or registers an account on the Platform.
• "Content" means any data, text, images, or materials available on the Platform.
• "Prompt" refers specifically to text, variables, or instructions intended for use with Artificial Intelligence (AI) models that are cataloged or displayed on the Platform.
• "User Content" refers to any Prompts, descriptions, or other content submitted by a User to the Platform.

Certain features of the Platform may require you to register an account. When creating an account, whether directly or via a third-party authentication service (e.g., Google), you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Promptly provides a curated library for discovering, searching, copying, and interacting with AI prompts. Users can browse categories, discover new styles, save content, and copy prompts for their personal or professional use with external AI systems.

We do not guarantee that every prompt will be available indefinitely, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice.

If the Platform permits you to submit or publish User Content (such as adding new prompts to our library), you retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, index, distribute, and format that content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that such submission does not infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

The core function of Promptly is providing Prompts intended for use with external, third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) models. When utilizing these Prompts, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Promptly does not control the third-party AI models and makes no guarantees regarding the output, quality, accuracy, or legality of the content generated by them.
• AI outputs vary significantly depending on the specific model, its current version, and external factors beyond our control.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing the outputs generated by third-party AI systems and ensuring they comply with applicable laws and the specific terms of service of the chosen AI provider.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities when using the Platform:

• Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Submitting content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, malicious, or intentionally deceptive.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to bulk-download content, manipulate engagement metrics (such as views or likes), or bypass technical restrictions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other user accounts, or our underlying infrastructure.
• Using the Platform to facilitate harmful, illegal, or highly regulated activities.

We reserve the right to review, moderate, restrict, or remove content, and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

Excluding User Content, all materials on the Platform—including software, design, interface, branding, logos, and curated databases—are the proprietary property of Promptly or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our proprietary platform materials without our express prior written consent.

"AS IS" Basis: The Platform and all contained Prompts are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Promptly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Promptly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform, or any outputs generated by external AI models using our Prompts.

Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
